- There’s nothing like nursing your child during a True Blood marathon to make you see certain…parallels. Ken has requested that I stop referring to our progeny as “vampyr”. - I haven’t slept with anybody but my husband for going on four years. I haven’t drugged it up or touched any alcohol in almost two. Whenever I hear someone say that people are incapable of change, I just smile and shrug. I’m finally someone I can be proud of. - Forget the scale, nothing says, “lay off the midnight snacks” like taking your bra off and having a bunch of crumbs fall out. - I really like being a mom. Sometimes I don’t, and sometimes I just fucking CAN’T. But all of the time, I’m just grateful to get to see that little face smile. I could do without the poopy diapers though. - The highlight of my day will be hitting Target later. Shhh. Don’t judge.
